Hammer Mills

Art’s Way PHM26 is a portable 26" hammer mill designed for uniform particle size and low upkeep. The mill uses 96 heat-treated, four-way reversible hammers and ~780 sq. in. of screen area to keep the grind even and the screens clean, with 13 screen sizes available from 1/8" to 2" for everything from small grains to cob-size material. A trough-style hydraulic intake auger makes it easy to fit any operation, with a lift-and-swing discharge to fill bunks, bins, or wagons.

Lankota’s hammer mill corn cracker is a high-capacity, tractor-driven grinder built around a 4-ft-diameter, 10"-wide rotor with 60 independently swinging AR400 hammers for long wear cycles. Six adjustable shear plates let you set crack size easily while reversible hammers simplify maintenance and cleanout. The unit mounts on a 3-point hitch for quick positioning at bunks or piles, with final placement via the hydraulic spout. Up to ~2,600 BPH at 165 HP and ~25% moisture gives you incredible power in compact, low maintenance package.
