Sprayers

Our agricultural sprayers include ATV and UTV pull or skid units, three-point and rear-mount tractor sprayers, and pull-behind field sprayers. Tank capacities run from 40 gallons in the Demco Pro Series to 1,250 gallons in the Demco Big Wheel family.

Tank, Pump, and Agitation

Demco Pro Series 40- and 60-gallon tanks use a sloped sump, gallon and liter markings, standard agitation, and molded-in baffling. The RM150/200/300 family uses jet agitation, a sight gauge, sump, and no-splash fillwell. RM500/600 tanks use jet agitation and a centered drainage sump.

Pro Series 60 sprayers can use electric, gas-engine, or PTO pumps. RM150/200/300 packages use PTO or centrifugal-pump plumbing kits, while Big Wheel sprayers offer Hypro or Ace hydraulic pumps.

Booms, Section Controls, and Rate Control

Demco offers manual or electric one- and three-section controls for the RM150/200/300 family. The RM500/600 family uses front-fold boom choices from 45 feet through an 80/90-foot combination; the 60/80/90-foot combination boom requires a closed-center tractor hydraulic system.

Big Wheel options include Raven flow-meter and regulator plumbing, Raven 450 automatic rate control, and a 60/80/90-foot hydraulic front-fold boom.
