Collection: Rotary Ditchers
We sell rotary ditchers for surface drainage, waterway and terrace work, and irrigation applications. Our lineup includes three-point, offset, side-arm, pull-type, and large-wheel designs from Hurricane Ditcher, Crary, and T-Rex.
Rotary Ditcher Types and Working Positions
The mounting style determines where the machine works in relation to the tractor and how it forms or maintains a ditch. The Hurricane Ditcher lineup includes three-point machines as well as right- and left-offset, right-side, and pull-type configurations. Crary's Revolution cuts a flat bottom, while the T-Rex uses a large rotary wheel for tractors in the 200-625 HP range.
| Machine | Size or Power | Key Difference |
|---|---|---|
| Hurricane 3-PT 15 | 15-inch five-paddle impeller; 50-140 tractor HP | 1,000 rpm PTO, Category II/III hitch, and a cut up to 10 inches deep in one pass |

Flotation and Grade-Control Options
Crary equips the Revolution with hydraulic deflector and tilt controls and standard flotation tires. Hurricane offers GPS as an option on the 3-PT 15 and 3-PT 26.
Surface Ditching or Subsurface Tile Installation
Rotary ditchers shape and maintain surface drainage. For subsurface drainage installation, compare our three-point and pull-type tile plows.
