Batco belt conveyors are engineered for high-capacity, low-impact grain or seed transfer with up to 14,000 bushels per hour capacity (depending on model) and low horsepower requirements. The popular Batco FX4 1539 Series delivers gentle handling, ideal for corn, canola, soybeans, and small seeds with 2-ply chevron belts, collapsible deep canvas hopper, weather guards, integrated hoods, and rugged electric motors (optional gas and hydraulic drives available). Their TCX models offer improved maneuverability and portability with lighter frames and nylon-backed belts for low horsepower and power requirements that's ideal for seed transfer. Depending on the series, Batco conveyors can operate at 30 degree service angles or flatter for maximum flow.
