Batco Conveyors

We offer Batco portable field belt conveyors and FX Pitstop drive-over conveyors. Pitstop models create a low drive-over receiving point. Match the conveyor to the receiving position, required discharge reach, belt size, and power source.

Portable Batco Field Conveyors

The Batco 1232 electric belt conveyor is a 32-foot model with a 12-inch chevron belt in an 8-inch tube. The 15-inch-belt models use a 10-inch tube and include the Batco 1539 electric belt conveyor, Batco 1539 gas-drive belt conveyor, and Batco 1549 electric belt conveyor.

The FX4 18S family uses an 18-inch chevron belt in a 12 3/4-inch tube and includes the 39-foot Batco 1839 electric belt conveyor and 44-foot Batco 1844 electric belt conveyor. AGI rates both at up to 10,500 BPH.

FX Pitstop Drive-Over Conveyors

FX1800 and FX2400 models share a 7 1/2-inch low clearance, 8-by-12-foot dump platform, hydraulic lift on the transport wheels, and 28-inch discharge height. The 25-foot FX1800 uses an 18-inch chevron belt and is rated up to 11,000 BPH. We offer the electric FX1800 Pitstop and hydraulic FX1800 Pitstop.

The 27-foot FX2400 uses a 24-inch chevron belt and is rated up to 18,000 BPH. The FX2400 models are the electric FX2400 Pitstop and hydraulic FX2400 Pitstop.
