RENN Grain-Bag Equipment
Our RENN 1014LS Grain Bag Unloader is the FBU 1014 for 9- and 10-foot bags and operates with 540-rpm PTO. It has right-hand discharge, is rated up to 150 bushels per minute, and requires at least 50 tractor horsepower and 4 GPM of hydraulic flow. A hydraulic ratcheting system gathers the empty bag; the hydraulic rewind spool is optional. We also carry other grain-bag unloaders.
The RENN RGB 1020C Grain Bagger handles 10-foot bags with a 20-inch auger, direct auger drive, 540-rpm PTO, disc brakes, and an 8-by-8-foot offset surge hopper. Its maximum rated load capacity is 33,000 bushels per hour based on surge-hopper loading. The rotating bag boom uses a cable winch, and a hydraulic bag-winch kit is available; confirm which winch is on the machine.
RENN Roller Mills
RENN roller mills are available as PTO-powered trailer machines or electric stationary machines. RENN offers steel and cast rolls with 4 to 15 grooves per inch. Discharge choices include auger, elevator, blower, and conveyor systems. Corn capacity depends on grain moisture, roll configuration, and desired particle size.
RMC12 Roller Mills
RENN's PTO RMC12 uses 12-by-16-inch rolls, requires at least 30 PTO horsepower, and operates at 540-rpm PTO. Its maximum rated corn capacity is 1,250 bushels per hour. The RENN RMC12 PTO Roller Mill is tractor-driven. The RENN RMC12E Electric Roller Mill and RENN RMC12SC Electric Roller Mill are stationary electric machines. For an electric machine, confirm the motor and electrical service; for a PTO machine, confirm the PTO horsepower and speed, along with the roll size, feed auger, and discharge equipment.
RMC24 Roller Mills
RMC24 models use 24-by-16-inch rolls. Electric configurations require at least 20 motor horsepower. PTO configurations require at least 60 PTO horsepower and operate at 540-rpm PTO; some factory builds require 80 PTO horsepower. Auger discharge choices include 7 or 10 inches. Maximum rated corn capacity is 2,500 bushels per hour. RMC48 Roller Mills
RMC48 models use 48-by-16-inch rolls and require at least a 50-horsepower electric motor or 110 PTO horsepower. PTO configurations use 540- or 1000-rpm PTO. Discharge choices include 12- or 14-inch augers and an 18-inch conveyor. Maximum rated corn capacity is 5,000 bushels per hour.
