The Danuser Mega Mixer S75 is a skid-steer or pallet-fork-mounted mixing bucket. Compatible materials include concrete with rock up to 1 inch, mortar, grout, feed, wet or dry sand, clean rock up to 1 inch, dry topsoil, sawdust, compost, manure, and asphalt. Material density, fill level, and bucket equipment determine the loaded weight, so carrier lift capacity must be checked for the actual batch.
Danuser Mega Mixer Capacity and Hydraulics
The base bucket holds 3/4 cubic yard and uses an 8-inch-diameter by 70-inch-long auger. An optional extension increases capacity to 1 cubic yard. The bucket weighs 805 pounds empty, and its hydraulic motor operates up to 25 GPM and 3,500 PSI. Those hydraulic figures are maximum limits, not proof of carrier compatibility.
At 25 GPM, the 3/4-yard bucket can empty in 26 seconds. Actual discharge depends on the material and bucket equipment. The Mega Mixer can be configured for left- or right-side discharge with multi-link chutes, a hose, grates, and couplers. We will confirm the gate, chute, hose, couplers, mount, and extension on the exact S75 before quoting it.
