Conveyors

We offer portable belt conveyors from Batco, Brandt, Convey-All, Kwik-Belt, Premiere Ag and Universal. The crop, loading clearance and discharge height will help narrow the selection. A field conveyor, drive-over conveyor and railcar unloader each handle a different part of grain movement.

Drive-Over and Railcar Conveyors

Our drive-over conveyors let trucks unload over a low-profile hopper. Batco PitStop models and Brandt GrainDecks offer different belt widths, discharge heights and drives. Brandt's standard GrainDeck is 67-3/4 inches wide with a 5-3/4-inch deck height.

For restricted clearance under a railcar, the Convey-All 2218-RC has a 4-5/8-inch hopper clearance. Compare it with the other railcar unload conveyors at the height and reach your receiving equipment requires.

Portable Grain Conveyors

  • Batco offers several belt sizes and lengths, including the 32-foot 1232 for shorter transfers.
  • Brandt field conveyors include the 35-foot 1535TD and longer machines for reaching elevated receiving points.
  • Convey-All offers field, drive-over and railcar conveyors with the intake suited to each job.
  • Kwik-Belt's 1838 and 1848 provide different reach within the 18 Series.
  • Premiere Ag Pro Conveyors include the 40-foot 1540, with other mild- and stainless-steel choices in the family.
  • Universal field loaders include the 37-foot 1537 for loading from trucks or bins.

Reach and Power

Measure the intake clearance, receiving height and horizontal reach, then check the electrical, gas, hydraulic or PTO drive available on the exact model. Capacity varies with crop and working angle, and the receiving equipment must keep up. Send those measurements and your crop to sales@keastenterprises.com for a comparison.
