FAE offers one of the most complete lineups of forestry mulchers, from skid-steers and tractors to excavators and prime movers. Skid-steer heads like UML/SSL/SONIC, PMM/SSL, and DML/SSL are rated for 50–120 HP and shred material up to 8″ diameter using staggered CM/3 or BL/MINI blades on belt-driven rotors. Excavator heads from the lightweight PML/EX (1.5–4 T) to heavy-duty BL5/EX and UML/HY series, handle heavy vegetation and support carriers from 15 to 110 GPM. Optional Sonic control systems automatically calibrate hydraulic pressure and flow to keeping the rotor spinning as efficiently as possible with high torque and minimal stalls.
