Keast Enterprises Return and Refund Policy

Returns 

Keast Enterprises is committed to providing you with the best customer experience. Our return policy is applicable only to unused items and is separate from warranty claims.

Please note that not all orders are eligible for return once they have shipped. We may order products directly from the manufacturer, and if the manufacturer does not allow returns, we cannot offer a return. This varies case by case; please contact us for more information

Returns are accepted for up to 30 days after the order ships, including sales tax, for unused items only. Items that have been attached to a machine's attachment plate, connected to hydraulics, operated, or show any sign of use are not eligible for return unless there is a warranty claim. Items marked as Clearance, Demo, or Used are sold as-is and are not eligible for return.

Orders beyond the 30-day window from the shipping date are not eligible for return or refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as well as a 10% restocking fee.

Returns are only accepted with prior written authorization. Items returned without prior authorization will be rejected and shipped back at the customer's expense. If the item cannot be returned for any reason, we will hold it for three business days free of charge before charging storage fees to the customer's account. If the product cannot be returned within 30 days, it will be considered abandoned and relinquished. All returned items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all freight upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt or handheld device before signing. If damage is not documented at delivery, we are unable to assist with claims or issue replacements.

Refunds, Cancellations, & Exchanges

Cancellations Prior to Shipment

You can cancel your order anytime before it ships at no charge (exceptions apply for built-to-order items, items with manufacturer restocking fees, financed orders, and more, see below). In the event of a stockout, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days. To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@keastenterprises.com for a full refund before your order is shipped.

Cancellations of Custom Items

Built-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded. The original equipment manufacturer may provide a warranty with a guarantee, please see the manufacturer website for additional information.

Standard Orders

Refunds are processed case by case, depending on the manufacturer's refund policy. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the order's shipment. Orders outside the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund. The product must be in its original packaging or repackaged sufficiently after receiving approval from the manufacturer. The product must be unused and without modification from its original form.

A receipt, purchase order, or proof of purchase is required to meet refund criteria. We will notify you once the manufacturer has received and inspected your return. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at sales@keastenterprises.com

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Financed Orders

Order cancellations and refunds must be requested in writing via email to sales@keastenterprises.com or by phone at 712-566-1033 at least 24 business hours before the order is communicated to ship and before the order is "funded" by the finance company.

Once a financed order is shipped, it is considered fully funded and final. Returns are not accepted once a financed order ships. Before financing, consult with your financier to determine if this is the right payment option for you. If all requirements are met and a financed order has not yet shipped, a receipt, purchase order, or proof of purchase is needed to initiate a refund.

Exchanges

If you ordered an incompatible item for your machine, we are happy to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are evaluated case by case and need approval from both Keast Enterprises and the manufacturer. Restocking fees may apply as a result of manufacturer policies. Contact us at sales@keastenterprises.com to initiate an exchange.

Exchanges must meet the same requirements as returns for both financed and non-financed orders. The exchange must be requested within 30 days of the order's shipping date. Orders outside the 30-day window are not eligible for exchange.

The product must be in its original packaging or repackaged satisfactorily after receiving approval from the manufacturer. The product must be unused and without modification from its original form. The customer must provide a receipt, purchase order, or proof of purchase.

If an exchange is approved, the customer will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the new item. The customer will need to purchase the new item separately, and we recommend prompt action to ensure quick delivery. When the initial item is received and its condition is approved by the manufacturer, you will be refunded for your first order. Note that you may have multiple charges on your account until the first order's items are received, inspected, and refunded.

Lost or Damaged Items

If a shipment arrives damaged, document any damage on the Delivery Receipt and refuse the shipment by noting it on the handheld device provided by the driver. Please inspect items upon delivery before signing the delivery receipt.

If you receive a damaged item and want to initiate a return, do not sign the delivery receipt and instead note the damage on the delivery receipt. The customer is responsible for filing a freight claim with the carrier, we will assist in resolving the situation. If an item is determined to be damaged in transit, we will work with you to provide a resolution. Please notify us if you believe your order is lost in transit. We will work with the carrier to locate it. If, after two weeks, the carrier confirms the order is lost, we will ship an additional item at no extra cost.

Item Condition

All equipment listed as new is in unused condition but may be from a prior model year. Cosmetic imperfections, such as scuffs, scrapes, scratches, paint wear, cosmetic surface corrosion, or small dents resulting from transportation, lot movement, storage, and handling are normal and do not affect function. These cosmetic imperfections do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return, refund, or warranty claim.

Unless explicitly stated in the product description, mounts, fittings, adapters, and other accessories are not included. Please review all listing details carefully, and contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

Warranty

Keast Enterprises provides products from manufacturers that often, but not always, provide a manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary in coverage and may not cover your specific use. Please reach out to us or view the manufacturer’s website for more information.

In the event of a warranty claim, it is necessary to complete all applicable manufacturer warranty forms to file for approval. In the event of approval, the manufacturer will work with Keast Enterprises to state what parts will be covered and provided. In the event of a full or partial warranty denial, or in the event of parts being required sooner than the manufacturer warranty is approved, parts are required to be purchased upfront. A credit will be provided in the amount the manufacturer provides, if any.

All warranty work must be completed at the Keast Enterprises service center in Henderson, Iowa, with customers responsible for shipping costs.

Keast Enterprises does not offer any warranty in place of the manufacturer warranty.

Used Equipment Guarantees

Keast Enterprises may, on select used equipment, provide inspections, service, condition ratings, and/or guarantees. These will be disclosed on the product listing page and are subject to change prior to the time of sale. Inspections, service, and condition ratings are not a guarantee of performance or quality and may only include critical mechanical systems. Non-critical systems, cosmetic condition/features, optional extras, electronic features, and other aspects may not be functional. Customers are strongly encouraged to perform an in-person inspection or schedule a video-call overview of equipment prior to purchase.

Guarantees are listed on the product page on a per-item basis. These guarantees may cover mechanical systems, electrical systems, and/or cosmetic appearance. Any parts or labor completed under an accepted guarantee claim must be completed at the Keast Enterprises service center in Henderson, Iowa, with customers responsible for shipping costs. Additional questions may be directed to a Keast Enterprises representative for more information, we would be happy to assist.
