Keast Enterprises Shipping Policy

We collaborate with trusted shipping partners such as Fedex, SAIA, and UPS to ensure your orders are delivered promptly and securely.

How Our Shipping Process Works

Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card. We will then contact our suppliers to confirm stock availability. If an item is backordered or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and inform you via email. For items available for immediate shipment (within five business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Orders are processed, packaged, and shipped according to the manufacturer’s schedule, packaging specifications, and carrier choices. Shipping times may vary depending on the manufacturer and order size. Lead times may change frequently and without notice. Items Built to Order: For "Built-to-order" items, we will contact the manufacturer for a lead time and confirm it with you before processing any charges. If the quoted lead time is unsatisfactory and the manufacturing process has not begun, we will void the pre-authorization and cancel the purchase. However, if the manufacturing process has started, we cannot cancel the order, and the charges will be processed.

Order Shipment: If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days. We will send tracking information to the provided email within 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please follow up with us at sales@keastenterprises.com

Shipping Times and Conditions: We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are based on information from our suppliers and freight companies and may change without notice due to supply chain issues. General shipping times on in-stock items range from 5 - 12 business days after processing. Lead times provided are estimates and may change due to supplier or freight delays. All freight shipments require adult signature at delivery. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all freight upon delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt. If damage is not documented at delivery, we are unable to assist with replacements or claims. Keast Enterprises is not responsible for carrier-related delays once an item has shipped. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and understand that delivery times are not guaranteed.

Shipping Options: Order pickup is always free. Palletized LTL and freight shipping is available in the lower 48 United States.

Items: All equipment listed as new is in unused condition but may be from a prior model year. All equipment is sold as-is with respect to cosmetic condition. Cosmetic imperfections, such as scuffs, scratches, light dents, scrapes resulting from transportation, lot movement, storage, and handling are normal and do not qualify as defects. These are not eligible for warranty claims or returns. Photos are available upon request before shipping to confirm condition.

Unless explicitly stated in the product description, mounts, fittings, adapters, and other accessories are not included. Please review all listing details carefully, and contact us with any questions prior to purchase.

Lost or Damaged Items: In the event of damage upon arrival, it is the customer's responsibility to document any damage on the Delivery Receipt and refuse the shipment by noting it on the handheld device provided by the driver. Please inspect items upon delivery before signing the receipt.

If you receive a damaged item and wish to return it, do not sign the receipt—note the damage on the receipt. The customer is responsible for filing a freight claim with the carrier, and Keast Enterprises will assist in resolving the situation. If an item is damaged in transit, a new item will be shipped at no extra cost.

If you believe your order is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your order. If, after two weeks, the carrier confirms the order is lost, we will ship an additional item at no extra cost.
