Collection: Grain Cleaners

Farm King grain cleaners use a two-stage screen system, an inner cone to catch large trash followed by a rotating drum to sift fines, so grain flows to the dryer or bin with less dockage and better airflow. The two primary models include the 362 and 482: the 362 is typically rated around 700–1,000 bu/hr with a ~1 hp motor and optional 6" intake auger, the 482 steps up to ~1,900 bu/hr with an 8" intake auger and ~3 hp drive. Optional gas drive systems are available for additional portability and sites without easy electrical access. Cleaned grain exits through a chute, while screenings and fines discharge separately. The compact chassis and simple mechanical design makes it easy to place it wherever you need it and keep maintenance to a minimum.

Kwik Kleen grain cleaners such as the 572 and 772 use multiple screened auger tubes to remove fines and small seeds ahead of drying or storage. Screens swap quickly for different crops, giving you the flexibility to change during harvest or target specific contaminants like mold spores. With electric or hydraulic drives and capacities up to 3,500 bph, they're a great tool to reduce dockage, improve airflow, and quickly boost storage quality.
