The RMC12 and RMC24 PTO versions use 540 rpm. The RMC48 can be ordered for 540 or 1,000 rpm PTO operation. Differential drive and other mill options can change horsepower requirements.
RENN's maximum-rated corn capacities vary with grain moisture, roll configuration, and desired particle size. These are not guaranteed throughput figures.
Feed and Discharge Choices
The RENN RMC12 PTO roller mill is a 540-PTO mill with 16-inch-diameter rolls, a 6-inch by 12-foot feed auger, and an 8-inch by 12-foot discharge auger. We will confirm that the quoted mill includes both augers. The RENN RMC24 PTO roller mill uses a low-profile feed auger. The RMC24 family also has an electric stationary roller mill, a folding-feed PTO roller mill, and a straight-feed PTO roller mill. RENN offers auger, elevator, blower, or conveyor discharge systems by model.
The RENN RMC48 conveyor-discharge roller mill pairs PTO drive with conveyor discharge. We will confirm its PTO speed, roll package, and conveyor equipment before ordering.
Rolls and Particle Size
RENN offers steel or cast rolls with 4 to 15 grooves per inch. Roll adjustment and optional differential drive let the operator adjust how the rolls work the grain; we can confirm roll material, groove count, power, and electrical service for the mill you are ordering.
