Collection: Railcar Unload Conveyors

Our Convey-All equipment includes low-profile 1616-RC and 2218-RC transfer conveyors plus 1650 and 2250 railcar machines. These conveyors move bulk material from rail to truck or storage. The conveyor arrangement depends on railcar outlet clearance, belt or tube size, conveyor length, discharge height and reach, drive, mobility, and the receiving truck, conveyor, or storage intake.

1616-RC and 2218-RC Low-Profile Transfer Conveyors

The Convey-All 1616-RC railcar transfer conveyor has 4 5/8 inches of hopper-to-ground clearance, a 20-foot overall length, a 7-foot hopper, and 36-48 inches of discharge height. The Convey-All 2218-RC railcar transfer conveyor has the same hopper clearance, hopper length, and discharge-height range with a 21-foot-6-inch overall length.

Convey-All offers gas, electric, or hydraulic drive choices for the railcar transfer family, along with a tow package with highway-rated tires and a hitch. Drive and tow equipment vary by machine. Discharge reach also varies by machine and must match the receiving truck, conveyor, or storage intake.

1650 and 2250 Railcar Conveyors

Convey-All's 16- and 22-inch truck-load families are rated up to 12,000 BPH. Heavy-duty railcar hoppers, self-contained drive, mover kits, and steering are packages or options within those families. The Convey-All 1650 railcar conveyor and Convey-All 2250 railcar conveyor use machine-specific hopper, drive, mover, steering, and capacity options.
