Drum, Deck, and Disc Mulchers
Baumalight MS, FAE, Fecon Bull Hog and RK, and Loftness Battle Ax machines use rotor or drum cutting systems. Fecon's FDM deck family includes FDM62, FDM74, and FDM86 models with a family hydraulic range of 17 to 41 GPM. The Fecon Disc Hawk uses a disc-style cutting head. Within the Loftness Battle Ax S Series, the 61BS family uses tooth-equipped rotor configurations; its exact fixed- or variable-displacement motor and installed tooth package must be confirmed for the quoted configuration.
FAE rates the UML/SSL 150 VT and SONIC variants for an 8-inch maximum shredding diameter. That rating applies only to those models and to vegetation and wood processing.

Baumalight MS minimum carrier weights run from 2,000 pounds for the MS530M to 7,000 pounds for the MS960 and Baumalight MS1160. These are minimum carrier-weight figures, not complete fitment ratings.
Standard-Flow and High-Flow Models
The FAE BL4/SSL/BL 150 and Fecon BH74SS Bull Hog are high-flow models. Carrier fit also requires compatible pressure, cooling, case drain where required, couplers, attachment weight, rated operating capacity, and installed motor.
The Loftness Battle Ax high-flow mulcher and Battle Ax light standard-flow mulcher both have a 61-inch cutting width. Confirm the motor and tooth package for either mulcher before matching it to a carrier.
