Rental Terms & Common Questions

Can I buy the trailer later?

Yes. Eligible base rent can apply toward purchase under the rent-to-own schedule shown above. Financing is available with approved credit.

What is the minimum rental term?

The minimum rental term is two months for both the Demco 40-foot steel trailer and the Neville 40-foot aluminum trailer.

What is due before pickup or delivery?

A one-month rental payment deposit and proof of insurance are required before the trailer is released. Our team will confirm the agreement, availability and delivery timing.

How do delivery and mileage work?

There is no mileage limit on trailer use. Delivery is available within about 300 miles of Henderson, Iowa and is quoted separately at $3.50 per mile, subject to the final route and agreement.

Who handles maintenance?

The renter handles basic day-to-day maintenance and safe operation. Specific responsibilities are defined in the final rental agreement.
