Overview

The AGI VRX GrainVac is a PTO-powered vacuum designed to simplify bin cleanout, transfer, and cleanup tasks. It moves up to 6,000 bushels per hour, clearing a standard 1,000 bushels in around 10 minutes using just 85 HP. The VRX delivers efficient performance while keeping fuel consumption and maintenance low, making it an excellent fit for mid-sized operations.

Built with a three-component air system, fan, throttle, and air lock, it delivers powerful suction quietly and consistently. The upgraded fan offers 20–25% more lifespan compared to the previous generation, while the automatic air throttle optimizes suction based on grain flow.

The aerodynamic body funnels grain through a screen drum directly to the chrome-plated augers with spring‑loaded drive dogs to keeps augers aligned when folding and unfolding. The gearbox is mounted for easy access and maintenance.

Included is a 45‑ft hose package with 7″ hose, 3′ telescoping inlet, floor sweep, bin‑load nozzle, cleanup nozzle, stainless steel and basketweave hose sections. This covers roughly a 49‑foot reach radius, ideal for most bin setups. A dust collector can be added for minimal-dust work environments.
