We sell Blu-Jet 20 Series pull-type anhydrous ammonia applicator bars in 5120 and 6120 configurations. Both families combine a lead coulter, NH3 knife, distribution plumbing, rate control, and a folding toolbar. Working width, row layout, running gear, and wing geometry distinguish the two.

Certain 20 Series model and toolbar combinations support 20-inch row spacing. Row count, spacing, and toolbar width must be matched as one factory configuration rather than selected independently. Both models use a 6 x 6 in. mainframe and provide 54 in. of toolbar rank.
Coulters, Knives, Plumbing, and Rate Control
The current 20 Series uses a 20-inch fluted lead coulter as standard, with a 20-inch vertical-tillage blade offered in lieu of the fluted blade. The standard row unit uses a 0.75-inch NH3 knife, and other knife styles are available as options.
An Ag Leader ISOBUS rate controller is standard. A Raven 450 controller with dual flow-control valves is available in lieu of ISOBUS. Standard distribution uses two-section plumbing with John Blue Impellicones, Raven section valves, and a single Raven Vortex cooler. Additional sections, Continental manifolds, and Continental cooler configurations are model-dependent options.
Running Gear, Tank Hitch, and Tractor Requirements
The 5120 uses primary-wing flex, while the 6120 uses primary- and secondary-wing flex. Tire, undercarriage, tank-hitch, controller, and plumbing choices depend on the model and row configuration.
Tractor horsepower and hydraulic demand vary with the selected model, row layout, and installed controller and plumbing configuration.
