Collection: Belt Trailers
Trinity EAGLE BRIDGE belt trailers are self-unloading trailers built primarily from high-grade stainless steel, with selected structural components made from high-tensile carbon steel. In Trinity's grain configuration, a segmented chain-and-flap system moves material toward the belt.
Build Around the Commodity and Route
Capacity, axle count, suspension, and legal payload depend on the factory build and intended route, not length alone. In Trinity's current 48-inch-belt examples, a 42-foot, two-axle configuration is 52.39 cubic yards, while a 50-foot, three-axle configuration is 62.46 cubic yards.
Trinity matches the body, belt, liner, unload system, and doors to the material, its condition, and the loading method. Axles, tarp, and other build details also depend on loader reach, building clearance, truck, and applicable bridge law. Consider material density and the intended route when specifying the trailer.
Belt, Liner, and Unloading Choices
Trinity offers belt widths from 25 to 61 inches. Trinity specifies the 48-inch belt for dry grain, dry feed, dry fertilizer, grass seed, compost, distillers grain, poultry litter, silage, and mulch. Trinity also specifies the 48-inch belt for gravel, sand, and other bulk materials.
HMW and UHMW liner choices address different heat and abrasion demands. Rear-door and adjustable-flow options can match discharge to receiving equipment. PTO-pump, electric-motor, and gas-motor unload systems are separate from tarp selection. An electric tarp does not identify the trailer's unload power.
Trinity 42-Foot and 50-Foot Belt Trailers
We offer a Trinity 42-foot belt trailer with 48-inch belt and electric tarp and a Trinity 50-foot belt trailer with 48-inch belt and electric tarp. Confirm weight, liner, door, hydraulics, and unload package from the factory build for the trailer.
