Overview

The Renn RMC24 is a heavy duty PTO-driven roller mill designed to process up to 2,500 bushels per hour (with 4 grooves per inch) using a standard 540 RPM PTO. Its 16″ diameter × 24″ wide precision-machined steel rolls are built to give you more capacity with a lower horsepower and a longer life. A high capacity 8″ × 12′ low-profile auger and 10″ × 12′ discharge auger make setup quick and easy for smooth operations in feedlots or unique feeding environments.

Offered standard with 4 grooves per inch for coarse cracking, the RMC24 supports upgrades to finer grinding with up to 15 gpi for precision tuning based on material type and target ration.

Feed and Discharge Augers
Equipped with an 8″ × 12′ low-profile feed auger, ideal for tight setups, and a 10″ × 12′ folding discharge auger that swings for easy unloading.

Worm‑Drive Roll Adjustment with Spring Retention
The roll gap adjustment uses a worm-gear mechanism secured by springs to maintain consistent processing under load.
