Hay Mergers

We sell Anderson MergePro 915 and 1060 belt hay mergers. Both use a six-row camless pickup reel. Pickup width differs between center and side delivery.

MergePro 915 Pickup Width

The Anderson MergePro 915 hay merger covers 29.7 feet when merging to the center and 25.5 feet when discharging to the side.

MergePro 1060 Pickup Width

The Anderson MergePro 1060 hay merger covers 34.6 feet when merging to the center and 30.4 feet when discharging to the side.

Hydraulics, PTO, Pickup Height, and Transport

Both models require at least 21 gallons per minute at 2,800 psi from the tractor and fold to 8.3 feet for transport. Anderson rates maximum working speed at 18 miles per hour. Actual field speed varies with crop volume, crop moisture, and field surface.
