We sell the CL Fabrication XR84-9 skid-steer ripper for loosening compacted soil, hardpan, frozen ground, roots, and similar hard surfaces.

XR84-9 Width, Shanks, and Points

The XR84-9 has an 84-inch working width, nine shanks, and 10.375-inch spacing. Each AR400 shank measures 1 by 30 inches and uses a replaceable point. The maximum shank length is 20 inches; that dimension is not a guaranteed working depth.

Gauge Wheels and Skid-Steer Match

The CL Fabrication XR84-9 ripper includes paired gauge wheels. They provide three positions in 3.25-inch increments for 6.5 inches of total adjustment. The base XR84-9 weighs 805 pounds, and the gauge-wheel pair weighs 95 pounds.

The ripper uses a skid-steer quick-attach mount, but it is not compatible with every skid steer. Before you order, we can check your loader's rated operating capacity, machine weight, traction, breakout force, and quick-attach engagement.
