Anderson Evolution Xtractor Inline Bale Wrapper, Evolution I or IISelected: Evolution I (without Auto Pilot)
View full details

Description

The Anderson Evolution Xtractor is an inline wrapper for operations that make both round and large square bales. Its large hoop and flat roller bed carry square bales singly or double stacked, with square-bale length limited to 6 feet. Round bales can be up to 6 feet in diameter and 5 feet long.

Both Evolution I and Evolution II include a 20 HP Honda engine, four 30-inch film stretchers, a film-watch system, work lights, and remote start, stop and steering. Photos show the shared Evolution base machine; the control package follows the selected I or II option.

Evolution I and Evolution II

Evolution I gives the operator remote steering control from the loading tractor. Evolution II adds Auto Pilot, which steers by following the neighboring bale row, and an electronic bale counter. Choose II if you want the wrapper to make those row-following steering corrections while keeping a bale count; I retains the same bale-handling and wrapping capacity.

The film-watch system stops the wrapping cycle when film runs out or breaks, so bales do not continue through a failed film supply. The flat roller bed supports square-bale stacks, alignment adjustments guide the load, and hydraulic jacks level the machine. Xtractor push-off hydraulically removes the final bales at the end of the row.
