Anderson Hybrid X Inline Bale Wrapper, Custom Operator Elite, Round and Square Bales

The Anderson Hybrid X gives custom operators the ability to wrap round and square bales with the same inline machine. This Custom Operator Elite setup includes four 30-inch aluminum film stretchers, a 20 HP Honda engine, remote controls, Autopilot steering, hydraulic lift axles, and the XTRACTOR final-bale push-off system.

Changing bale formats is straightforward. A lever converts the bed from a V shape for round bales to a flat surface for square bales. The wrapper accepts round bales up to 6 feet in diameter and 5 feet long, along with 3-by-3-foot and 4-by-3-foot square bales up to 6 feet long. Adjustable compaction and guide rollers help keep the bales aligned as the row is formed.

Specifications

Autopilot follows the adjacent bale row, while the remote handles starting, steering, and stopping from the tractor. The film-watch sensor stops the cycle if a roll runs out or the film breaks. Anderson rates the Hybrid X at up to 180 bales per hour, although the pace in the field will vary with bale size, the number of film layers, loading speed, and ground conditions.

We offer the Hybrid X for sale or rent. For rental work, confirming the bale shape and dimensions ahead of time allows the wrapper to arrive set up for the crop and the way the bales will be staged.
