Description

The Anderson Pro-Chop 150 cuts and distributes hay, haylage and straw for feeding and bedding. This trailed package handles round or square bales and includes four cutting settings, two cameras, a 270-degree discharge chute and 540 RPM PTO drive.

Cutting control for feed and bedding

A variable-speed conveyor meters material into a rotor with 22 discs and 264 knives. A comb regulates how much material enters the knife path, helping keep the bale from feeding in too quickly. Changing the gate, counterknives and removable screen gives four cutting settings without tools.

For finer straw bedding, the screen's 2-inch openings recirculate longer fibers for another cut. Use the removable screen for straw.

Delivery to bunks and bedding areas

The processed material passes to a 68-inch blower with eight paddles. AR400 steel in the fan and sidewall resists abrasive wear. The chute rotates 270 degrees, with discharge reach up to 60 feet to the right and 40 feet to the left, letting you direct material toward bunks or distribute bedding to either side.

The working camera shows the bale-processing area, while the reversing camera shows the rear approach. Cab controls operate the machine, and tailgate-side controls help position the bale and prepare it for net or twine removal.
