Artex SBX800 Manure Spreader, Vertical Beater or Cyclone

The Artex SBX800 feeds material across a half-inch poly floor toward a hydraulic guillotine gate and a choice of spreading attachment. The floor conveyor carries the load rearward, while gate position changes the opening feeding the attachment. Choose Vertical Beaters for solid manure or Cyclone for poultry litter and other light, low-moisture material.

Vertical beaters for solid manure

Twin upright beaters break up clumps and throw material across the spreading pass. They suit solid manure and pack material that needs breakup as it leaves the box. Adjusting the conveyor feed and gate opening changes how much material reaches the beaters.

Cyclone for poultry litter

The Cyclone combines twin horizontal beaters with overlapping timed spinners. The beaters prepare light material for the spinners, and adjustable paddles let the operator tune the spreading pattern. Artex advertises widths up to 60 feet with light, low-moisture material.

Two rear Parker TG0530 hydraulic motors drive this Cyclone package's floor conveyor. Tube cross-slats carry the load toward its hydraulic guillotine gate, which meters the opening feeding the attachment as the box empties.

Remote grease banks group the lubrication points, and removable rear chain doors provide access to the conveyor drive. The SBX800 uses a 1,000-rpm PTO driveline. Tell us the tractor model and PTO shaft diameter and spline count so we can match the driveline and hitch.
