The Bale Band-It 220 receives small square bales from the baler and automatically assembles them into steel-strapped bundles. It produces 21-bale bundles from 14-by-18-inch bales or 18-bale bundles from 16-by-18-inch bales.

The Model 220 accepts bale lengths from 35 to 42 inches and is rated for up to 600 bales per hour when the baler, crop flow, and hydraulic supply support that output. A pickup attachment is available for bundling bales previously dropped on the ground.

The 220 adds a hydraulic oil cooler, position encoder, improved strap handling, and optional brakes for rolling terrain. The automatic tie and unload cycles continue as bales enter the machine, reducing manual handling between the baler and storage.

Is ground pickup available for the Model 220?
