Description

The Batco 1539 gas-drive conveyor combines a 39-foot conveyor, 15-inch chevron belt, and 10-inch tube with a 26.5 HP electric-start engine. It can move between bins and transfer sites without depending on electrical service at each location.

The collapsible intake hopper fits beneath bin unloads and other transfer points. The two-ply belt and pinch-drive system are designed to maintain traction, while weather guards protect the return belt. Because the crop travels on a belt rather than through auger flighting, the 1539 is also useful for seed and other products where gentler handling matters.

Batco rates this configuration at up to 6,000 bushels per hour. Actual output changes with the commodity, moisture, conveyor angle, belt speed, and how evenly the hopper is fed. Measure the hopper clearance and discharge height at the working angle the site requires. If either drive will work, compare the gas engine's fuel and service needs with the voltage, phase, and amperage required by the electric Batco 1539.
