Description

The Batco 1549 is a 49-foot electric conveyor with a 15-inch chevron belt and 10-inch tube. It is rated at up to 6,000 bushels per hour and provides 10 feet more conveyor length than the 39-foot Batco 1539 for sites that need additional reach.

The low-profile collapsible hopper works under bin unloads and other short transfer points. A two-ply belt, pinch-drive system, weather guards, and manual winch make up the conveying and lift package.

The longer conveyor still needs to be checked against both the intake position and discharge height at the angle where it will run. Confirm voltage, phase, amperage, controls, and cord requirements for the 15 HP motor. Crop, moisture, angle, belt speed, and feed consistency all influence usable capacity.
