Overview

The Baumalight CF560 Open-Front Skid Steer Rotary Brush Cutter is a heavy-duty cutter built for operators who need more bite than the CF360. With a 60" cutting width and a 70" overall path, the CF560 uses four AR400 slasher blades under a 1/4" steel deck to chew through thick brush, tall grass, and small trees, perfect for reclaiming rough fencelines, pasture edges, building sites, and trails.

Equipped with the M550 motor (other motors available) this CF560 configuration is tuned for skid steers running 12–30 GPM and recommends, but does not require a case drain. The built-in 3,000 psi relief valve protects your hydraulic system, while the open-front mouth, dual-arch brush bar, and rear chain curtain work together to pull tall brush into the blades, control debris, and give you fast, aggressive clearing in tough conditions.

Four AR400 Slasher Blades
The CF560 steps up to four AR400 steel slasher blades, giving you more cutting edges in the rotor and smoother operation in heavy material. The thin, reversible blade profile helps keep a sharp edge and stands up to rocky, uneven terrain.

Heavy 1/4" Steel Deck and Frame
A 1/4" plate steel deck and rugged, boxed-in frame are built to handle bouncing over stumps and rough ground without warping or oil-canning, making this a true commercial-duty cutter.

M550 Motor for 12–30 GPM Skid Steers
Outfitted with the M550 roller-vane hydraulic motor, this CF560 is matched to mid-range, standard- to high-flow skid steers (approximately 12–30 GPM). It delivers strong torque for thicker brush and small trees.

Built-In 3,000 psi Hydraulic Relief
A factory-set 3,000 psi relief valve disengages the driveline if system pressure spikes, helping protect both the cutter and your skid steer when you hit hidden rocks, stumps, or heavy tangled brush.

Open Front with Brush Bar & Push Bar
The wide open-front mouth allows a “sawing” action on larger saplings and small trees, while the dual-arch brush bar pulls tall brush into the blades for faster, more controlled feeding.

Rear Chain Curtain Discharge Protection
A heavy rear chain curtain helps contain flying debris while still allowing mulched material to exit, improving safety around buildings, fences, and roadways.

Two Cuts per Pass Rotor Design
The four-blade rotor and curved cutting tips give you two cuts per pass from each blade, taking smaller bites at very high tip speed to reduce shock loads and leave a finer mulch.

Skid Steer Quick-Attach Compatibility
Universal skid steer quick-attach plate fits most SSL/CTL carriers in the roughly 4,500–10,500 lb range, making hookup simple across a wide variety of construction and farm machines.
