Overview

The Baumalight DPH735 Tractor Tree Saw is a PTO-driven, 3-point hitch tree saw designed for fast, close-to-ground cutting on fence lines, field edges, and woodlots. With a 35" horizontal blade rated for trees up to about 12" in diameter, it gives 50–85 HP tractors a simple, mechanical way to fall and section problem trees without a dedicated forestry head.

Built around a heavy, one-piece steel blade and beaver-style teeth, the DPH735 couples to your tractor’s 540 PTO through a heavy-duty gearbox and slip clutch. Cat II 3-point mounting, a fixed horizontal blade position, and a push bar help keep trees controlled as they fall, while the relatively light, compact design keeps the saw manageable for row-crop and utility tractors.

Outfitted with straight-edged, rotatable beaver-style teeth that bite cleanly and can be rotated or replaced as they wear, helping keep operating costs down.

540 PTO with Slip Clutch Protection
Runs off a standard 540 RPM PTO through a heavy-duty gearbox and slip clutch, protecting your tractor and driveline from shock loads if the blade is pinched or stalled.

Cat II 3-Point Hitch
Category II, 3-point hitch frame fits common utility and row-crop tractors in the 50–85 HP range, making hookup quick and easy.

Push Bar for Safer Felling
Integrated push bar helps control the tree as you finish the cut, guiding it away from the tractor and improving operator safety along fence lines and field edges.

Tractor-Friendly, Close-to-Ground Cutting
Low, horizontal blade position lets you cut close to ground level to minimize stubs and simplify follow-up tillage or mowing, while staying within the safe recommended tree height (about 10 ft).
