The Baumalight DSA530 features a rugged 30″ AR400 steel blade with 12 high-speed teeth (three usable edges each), capable of cutting trees up to 12″ in diameter in just seconds. The hydraulic rotation head offers 180° movement via a helical actuator, enabling precise horizontal and vertical cutting. Built with internal hose routing, an angled push bar with protective mesh, and overhung bearing support, the DSA530 delivers durability and safety. How long do the carbide teeth last?
Each tooth has three usable edges. Rotate to use fresh edges, then replace as needed. Six replacements are included.

Do I need hydraulics?
Yes, hydraulic flow is required to power the rotation actuator and blade motor. No PTO is needed.
