The Baumalight FBS752 cuts and gathers trees with a 52-inch horizontal saw disc, holding arms and a separate buncher arm. Its 36-inch throat provides clearance near a broad root flare for a low cut. The manufacturer lists a maximum 20-inch cutting diameter.
The three-quarter-inch steel blade carries 18 replaceable B8000 Beaver teeth. AR400 steel is used in high-stress frame areas, the holding arms and the tree-support platform. Adjustable holding-arm swing speed lets the operator control the closing movement, while the buncher arm has a protected spring and greaseable pivots.
An open upright frame preserves the operator’s view of the work. Tapered roller bearings in the overhung-load adapter support the saw disc. A bolt-on bottom plate and service access make the working parts accessible for maintenance. The hose support can be mounted on either side to suit the loader’s coupler location, and its spring support manages slack through loader curl.
Baumalight describes operation from 25 GPM with a bent-axis piston motor. The carrier must provide a dedicated case drain and four positive switchable 12-volt signals. Hydraulic hoses, wiring to the auxiliary connection and the universal skid steer adapter are included. Hydraulic couplers are not included.
