The Baumalight FMP780 is a heavy-duty, tractor-mounted flail mower designed for high-performance maintenance of pastures, orchards, and roadsides. With an 80" rotor width and an 87" total cutting path, it is engineered for tractors up to 110 HP.

This professional-grade mower efficiently handles everything from long, heavy grass to light brush and small-diameter saplings.

Built for durability and smooth operation, the FMP780 features a spiral pattern rotor that reduces vibration and power draw. It is equipped with 42 heavy-duty F7000 flail teeth that swing back upon impact with stones or debris, protecting the machine from damage. 

To ensure a consistent finish on uneven terrain, the unit includes an adjustable rear roller bar and replaceable skid shoes, providing a uniform cut every time.

The 42 heavy-duty flail teeth are mounted in a spiral configuration on the rotor. This design ensures that only a few teeth engage the material at any given time, maximizing cutting efficiency and reducing the horsepower required from your tractor.

Heavy-Duty Gearbox & Slip Clutch

Powered by a 540 RPM PTO, the FMP780 uses a robust gearbox rated for up to 110 HP. To protect your tractor's drivetrain and the mower's internal components, a standard slip clutch automatically disengages if the mower encounters a major obstruction.

Adjustable Roller Bar

The integrated rear roller bar allows you to set and maintain a precise cutting height. Because the roller follows the ground contours, it prevents the mower from scalping the soil and protects the blades from hitting the ground on rolling terrain.

Replaceable Skid Shoes

Durable, bolt-on skid shoes help the mower float over the ground. They are easily replaceable, ensuring the main mower deck remains protected from wear and tear over years of heavy use.

Tool Storage & Free Teeth

For maximum uptime, the FMP780 includes a robust, enclosed compartment on top of the frame that stores a free set of 6 replacement teeth, allowing for quick on-site repairs if a blade is damaged.
