The Baumalight ISR512 rotates its shear head through 90 degrees, letting a skid steer cut standing trees or turn the blade to address horizontal limbs. An in-cab electrical signal selects the shear or rotation function. The integrated push bar assists with positioning during felling and limbing.
The AR400 shear uses a 5-inch-bore blade cylinder. Internal hose routing, protective sleeving and a spring-loaded support manage the hoses through loader movement. Hoses are included. The ISR512 is supplied without a grabber, and it requires one ON/OFF electrical signal plus ground for function selection.
Baumalight rates this model for the 5,000–8,000 lb skid steer class. Its cutting chart gives 10-inch hardwood or 11-inch softwood at 3,000 PSI. The maximum 12-inch cut is charted at 4,000 PSI for hardwood and 3,400 PSI for softwood, so the carrier’s available pressure is an important part of the match.
