Overview

The Baumalight MS572 Brush Mulcher is a high-flow, skid steer–mounted fixed-tooth mulcher built for fence-line maintenance, pasture reclaiming, and entry-level land clearing. With a 72" rotor and 87" path width, it covers the full track width of most skid steers, letting you cut a clean pass right up to the machine and make quick work of heavy brush and small trees.

Engineered for productivity and control, the MS572 uses a fixed-tooth rotor with carbide-tipped teeth, a heavy-duty frame, and a short design that keeps the rotor close to the loader for better stability. A large, easy-to-read pressure gauge helps you stay under relief for efficient mulching, while integrated features like an adjustable push bar, chain curtain, and adjustable skid shoes give you control over how material enters the rotor and how close you cut to grade.

Key Features

72" Rotor with 87" Path Width
Wide 72" rotor and 87" overall cutting path are sized to match most skid steers, giving you full-width coverage for faster clearing.

Fixed-Tooth Rotor with Carbide Teeth
Fixed-tooth rotor with bolt-in carbide-tipped planer teeth delivers aggressive cutting performance and long life in brush, saplings, and small trees.

High-Flow Skid Steer Hydraulic Drive
Designed for high-flow hydraulic systems, the MS572 uses a bent-axis piston motor and reinforced belt drive to turn the rotor under heavy loads.

Integrated Push Bar & Chain Curtain
A front push bar helps control material and guide it into the rotor, while a rear chain curtain helps manage thrown material and keep debris contained behind the mulcher.

Adjustable Skid Shoes
Two-position skid shoes allow you to fine-tune cutting height, from slightly above grade to just below grade, ideal for pasture cleanup, trail work, and fence-line work.

Spiral Tooth Pattern
Spiral tool pattern allows one tooth to engage at a time, smoothing out load spikes and improving rotor balance for smoother, more consistent mulching.

Heavy-Duty, Powder-Coated Frame
T1 alloy tool steel in high-wear areas, a reinforced frame, and durable powder-coat finish are built to withstand the impacts, abrasion, and vibration of forestry and brush work.
