Description

The Baumalight MX548R excavator mulcher combines a 48-inch rotor, C508 hydraulic motor and integrated root rake for clearing brush and maintaining fence lines. This configuration is specified at 1,800 RPM and requires a case drain. Hydraulic hoses and couplers are not included.

The fixed rotor carries 72 bolt-on P5000 carbide-tipped planer teeth in a spiral layout. The root rake can move logs and loose debris between mulching passes, while the AR400 body, reinforced belt drive and rear chain curtain are built for excavator clearing work. Carrier hydraulic flow, pressure and mounting must match the configured head.
