Description

The Brandt 1590A is a 90-foot grain belt conveyor for bin loading and longer transfer jobs. Its 15-inch belt runs through a 10-inch tube, the S-Drive powers the belt, and Brandt rates the conveyor at up to 6,700 bushels per hour.

A manual swing-away intake positions the hopper under the unloading point. The manual winch and scissor-lift undercarriage raise the discharge, while the EZTRAK system provides belt-tension and tracking adjustment. This configuration calls for a 55 HP tractor.

The 1590A needs enough room for the swing-away, undercarriage, tractor, and 94-foot 11-inch transport length. Compare the raised height and reach with the bin inlet rather than using conveyor length alone. Crop condition, incline, belt speed, and the equipment receiving the grain will affect the rate maintained on site.
