The Christianson Model 30 SeedVac is a higher-capacity, self-contained pneumatic conveyor for center-fill planters, drills, seed boxes, and tenders. It can transfer seed from gravity wagons, trucks, hard-sided bulk boxes, or loose piles without using tractor hydraulics or PTO power. The 24 HP gas engine powers the air system, while the flexible hose and cyclone place seed at the fill point.

Seed Transfer Capacity and Handling

Christianson rates the Model 30 at up to 700 pounds per minute when conveying seed. The added capacity is intended for larger planters and operations that need to move more seed between fills. Actual capacity depends on the seed, conveying distance, hose layout, and operating conditions.

  • 24 HP gas engine: Self-contained power for the higher-capacity blower and conveying system.
  • 25-foot delivery hose: Reaches across common planter and seed-loading configurations; longer hose arrangements are available.
  • Lightweight hose and cyclone: The operator controls placement at the fill point while the air stream moves seed from the source.
  • Air-pump silencer: Reduces blower noise during loading.
