Overview

The Degelman Renn RMC48 is a trailer-mounted PTO-driven roller mill designed for high-capacity grain processing, featuring 16″ diameter by 48″ wide steel rolls. Featuring a differential drive, S‑transition folding hydraulic-drive conveyor discharge, adjustable feed rate and support for a variety of products with a variety of roll options.

Key Features

16″ × 48″ Cast Rolls
Large-diameter cast rolls deliver excellent throughput and wear life. The differential drive powers both rolls at separate speeds, improving overall efficiency and minimizing clogs.

S‑Transition Folding Hydraulic Conveyor Discharge
A folding hydraulic-drive conveyor provides quick and easy transfer of grain with a compact footprint during transport.

Throat Magnet Protection
The installed magnet at the grain inlet captures metal contaminants before they reach the rolls or conveyor, protecting components and reducing downtime.
