Fair 7830TD Bale Processor, Integrated Fan and BlowerSelected: In-Cab Control Box

The Fair Manufacturing 7830-TD combines a round-bale processor with a top-discharge blower for bedding buildings and pens, stockpiling processed hay, and placing straw on reclamation work. An auger carries material from the rotor into the center of the blower, and the 270-degree spout lets the operator place it on either side of the machine.

Hydraulic slug bars regulate how much of the bale reaches the rotor as the core gets smaller. The in-cab control box operates the machine through one tractor remote, including the spout and other hydraulic functions. Oil-bath chain drives power the rotor and auger without belts in the main drive.

The 7830-TD is a better fit than a side-discharge processor when material needs to clear a gate, reach farther into a building, or be placed from several angles. Confirm tractor PTO horsepower and speed, the drawbar and hydraulic remote, bale size, and the height and direction of the areas being bedded.
