The Farm King 1070 BackSaver is a 70-foot grain auger with a manual swing-away intake. Its 10-inch tube serves truck-to-bin unloading, while the scissor lift sets the discharge height and leaves room to position the main auger beside the bin.
The swing-away hopper can be moved under the trailer without repositioning the entire auger. Internal gearboxes, sprockets, and chain transfer power through the intake, and the self-leveling hopper follows changes in auger height.

Farm King publishes these power and wheat-capacity figures in its 2025 guide. The hopper fitted to the auger, crop condition, and incline affect actual output. Check the bin height and required setback with the 1070’s reach chart, then confirm the PTO connection and lift hydraulics. Electric or hydraulic hopper equipment is a separate choice from the manual swing-away shown here.
