Overview

The Fecon FMX28 is a compact, high-performance mulcher designed for 3.5-10 ton excavators. With a 28-inch working width, 40-inch overall width, and ~750 lb total weight, it's built for heavy duty forestry and land-clearing with minimal maintenance and setup. The variable-displacement hydraulic motor lets it run off 12–40 GPM flow, processing up to 5" diameter material.

Equipped with 14 Cubit tools mounted on a split-ring rotor, the FMX28 delivers aggressive, consistent mulching and smooth debris flow for minimal stalling.

Variable‑Displacement Motor
The Rexroth variable-displacement 45cc motor automatically adapts flow and pressure to prevent stalls and maintain optimum rotor RPM.

Heavy‑Duty Construction
Built with abrasion-resistant steel, ST65 main rotor bearings, and a Fecon standard 12 month warranty, the FMX28 is designed for durability.
