Overview

The Hiniker 5630HL is built for high-capacity residue management on larger operations that need to cover acres quickly and leave a consistent windrow. With a full 30' working width, 144 hard-faced 3" cup knives, and a 12-row center delivery system, it is designed to shred heavy residue thoroughly and move material evenly into the windrow for baling or collection.

The 5630HL uses a heavy-duty 1/4" steel hood, 17" cross auger, and a 1,000 RPM constant-velocity PTO with overrunning clutch to handle long days in corn stalks and other demanding residue conditions. Its wider frame reduces passes, while the center-delivery layout helps keep windrows uniform and easier to pick up in the next pass.
