Overview

The Hurricane Baby Side-Arm Ditcher is a compact, heavy-duty ditching solution for roadsides and field drainage. Powered by a 90–150 HP tractor, its 26″ impeller with five hard-surfaced paddles handles sod, water, and root-laden soil while clearing one mile of ditch per hour and removing 7–8 inches of soil in a single pass. Built for durability, it features an enclosed oil-bath gearbox, external idler chain tensioning, and a built-in counterweight for balanced operation. It's quick-hitch compatible (CAT II or III), includes a jack stand for easy hookup, and includes shear-bolt protection.

Efficient Ditch Cleaning: Ditches up to one mile per hour of ditch cleaned, removing 7–8″ of soil with just a 100 HP tractor.

Hard-Surfaced Impeller: The 26″ wheel has five heat-treated paddles that are designed to be resurfaced as they wear.

Heavy-Duty Drivetrain: The oil-bath gearbox is built to last with double-80 chain, heat-treated shafts, sprockets, bearings, and external idler tensioner.
