Its row-crop and solid-stand capability gives the machine more versatility than a basic drill, allowing it to handle larger seeds like corn and soybeans as well as grasses and blends that need tighter spacing.

The KPCT72 is designed to work in prepared ground or no-till conditions, including corn stalks, bean stubble, and undisturbed soil. All of the ground-engaging components are rolling, so the drill cuts and plants without dragging shanks through residue. This 72" model uses 9 rows on 8" spacing, requires a 45 HP tractor, and carries 4.4 bushels of seed in a compact 3-point package that stays practical for smaller tractors and tighter plots.
