Description

The Loftness GBU10 grain bag unloader uses cross augers to feed a large main auger while a hydraulic roller collects the empty bag. It handles 9- and 10-foot-diameter bags up to 300 feet long and folds hydraulically for transport.

Welded teeth and disc ends on the bag roller grip and gather the plastic. A four-function control panel operates the hydraulic functions, and the main drive runs in an oil bath. Spring-loaded, self-aligning bearings support the auger assembly.

The published transfer rate depends on the crop, the way grain feeds the cross augers and the receiving truck. Check tractor hydraulic supply and PTO speed, then allow for the full operating width when laying out the unloading area. The travel width is substantially narrower once the machine is folded.
