The Loftness XLB10 grain bagger handles 10-foot-diameter grain bags from 300 to 500 feet long. Loftness lists transfer capacity up to 30,000 bushels per hour and approximately 22,000 bushels of storage in a 500-foot bag. This configuration includes an electric jib crane and trolley, powered bag-loading apron, 20-inch auger, hydraulic transport wheels, and disc brakes.

Key Features

20″ High-Flow Auger: Transfers grain at up to 30,000 bu/hr using a rugged oversized auger with a 2″ shaft, oversized bearings, and shear‑bolt protection.

Electric Jib Crane and Trolley: Electric lift and trolley motors position the bag at the tunnel, with wireless controls for the loading process.

Powered Bag-Loading Apron: The powered apron draws the bag into the pan and aligns it with the tunnel.

Hydraulic Transport Wheels and Disc Brakes: Hydraulic wheels raise and lower the bagger for transport, and the disc brakes use a hand-wheel adjustment.

XL Hopper: The fixed hopper provides a broad receiving area for the grain source feeding the bagger.
