Walinga 7816DLX Self-Powered Grain Vac, Keast Enterprises Build, Full Pipe Package

Overview

We designed and built the trailer and engine pairing for the Walinga 7816DLX Self-Powered Diesel Grain Vac. Walinga publishes capacity up to 5,500 bu/hr in corn for the 7816DLX; actual output varies with grain condition, hose and pipe layout, lift, and conveying distance. The vacuum uses a rhino-lined receiver tank and boom cyclone, 23-in. precleaner, hardened #816 sound-reduction blower, and rotating discharge. We pair it with a 180 hp Isuzu powertrain, electric over hydraulic controls, triple axles, and a custom pipe rack. Optional Caterpillar, John Deere, and Electric powertrains are also available.

Isuzu Performance
The Isuzu engine provides dedicated power for the grain vac without tying up a tractor.

Receiver, Airlock, and Pre-Cleaner: The receiver uses a rhino liner, a cast-iron reversible airlock, and a 23″ pre-cleaner.

Hardened, Sound-Reduced Blower: The #816 SRT positive-displacement blower uses Walinga's sound-reduction design.
