We offer portable belt conveyors from Batco, Brandt, Convey-All, Kwik-Belt, Premiere Ag, and Universal. The main differences are at the transfer point: field loading, truck or bin transfer, drive-over unloading, and low railcar intake all call for different hopper geometry, reach, and drive choices.
Drive-Over and Railcar Intake
Batco PitStop conveyors use a 7.5-inch ground clearance, an 8-by-12-foot dump platform, and a 28-inch discharge height. Batco rates the 25-foot FX1800 up to 11,000 BPH and the 27-foot FX2400 up to 18,000 BPH, with hydraulic, electric, or gas drives available. Our drive-over conveyors collection includes other low-profile truck-unloading systems.
Brandt GrainDecks place a 20-inch belt in a 5.75-foot-wide deck and offer electric, hydraulic, or gas drive choices. Brandt capacity depends on the model, drive, and commodity.
The Convey-All 2218-RC has 4 5/8 inches of hopper-to-ground clearance, a 22-inch belt, and a 14-inch tube. We offer the Convey-All 2218 railcar conveyor; our railcar unload conveyors collection includes other low-profile machines.
Field and Portable Conveyor Families

Batco: Our line includes the Batco 1232 conveyor along with the separate PitStop drive-over family.

Brandt: Our lineup includes the Brandt 1535TD conveyor. The 1590A is 90 feet long with a 15-inch belt and a 6,200-6,700 BPH range; it requires 55 HP for PTO drive, 38 HP for gas, or 20 HP for electric. A hydraulic winch is optional on the 1590A. Field GrainBelts move seed or grain from a truck or bin.

Convey-All: Convey-All transfer conveyors use standard, low-profile railcar, or drive-over hoppers for their respective transfer points.

Kwik-Belt: Norwood rates the current 18 Series up to 10,000 BPH with a 10-inch tube and 18-inch two-ply chevron belt. We offer the Kwik-Belt 1838 and Kwik-Belt 1848. The family also offers electric, hydraulic, gas, and PTO drives, along with a mover kit and hydraulic winch.

Premiere Ag: Pro Conveyors are available in mild or stainless steel and in 35- to 55-foot lengths. The 1500 Series uses a 10-inch tube and 15-inch belt with a manufacturer rating over 9,000 BPH. The family offers electrical and hydraulic drives plus mover choices. We offer the Premiere Ag 1540.

Universal: Uni Tube 1500 Series field loaders provide longer reach for loading from hopper-bottom trucks or bins. Universal rates the family up to 7,500 BPH with a 10-inch tube and 15-inch two-ply chevron belt, with 32- to 47-foot lengths and several drive choices. Our Universal 1537 conveyor is part of this field-loader family.
