The Convey-All 2228-DO is a low-profile drive-over transfer conveyor for unloading grain trailers into a receiving conveyor, leg, or other handling system. This unit combines a 22-inch belt and 12-ft. drive-over deck with a 15 HP three-phase electric drive.

Drive-Over Deck and Belt

Convey-All publishes an 8-inch hopper-to-ground height, 29-ft. overall length, 9-ft. 6-in. hopper length, and 3-ft. 2-in. discharge height for the 2228-DO. The 22-inch rubber belt runs inside a 14-inch tube. Containment flaps lie flat while a truck or trailer crosses the deck, then raise to direct product onto the belt.
