Description

The Convey-All 2228-DO is a drive-over transfer conveyor with a three-phase electric drive for a fixed unloading area. Its belt receives grain beneath the trailer and carries it to an auger, conveyor or other receiving system.

Containment flaps lie flat while the truck crosses the deck and raise for unloading. The 22-inch belt runs inside a 14-inch tube, with the hopper and discharge dimensions listed below for planning the transfer.

Check the clearance beneath a loaded trailer and the height of the receiving intake before placing the deck. Have the motor voltage, phase, starter and circuit protection reviewed for the site's electrical supply. The next conveyor or auger must be able to receive the flow without backing grain up at the discharge.
